Finally 2 days ago my favorite site finally reopened after a 6 month hiatus. It is http://www.galadoriaonline.com/, a forum-based rpg, the best out there to my opinion and the opinions of nearly all there. Its so good, we couldn't find a good enough place to rp while it was offline, it just didn't feel right.
