That fourth pic "Big Dragon" is great! I know most of the models aren't yours (correct me if I'm wrong) but the lighting for the image is cool. I totally buy that that dragon is walking through the city during an evening sunshower, and I assume the background is a photo but it really works well. Good stuff!
