I saw a headline recently they were releasing it on DVD as a result of the movie, I saw a box pic. May have to actually go to Best Browse and pick it up, if they have it. Holy crap, you're right. They released it back in April. It's one of those cheapie Mill Creek sets. It's under $10 on Amazon....

Speaking of that, I haven't seen that TV series DVD up for torrent yet. Me wantie! It was never fully released on DVD, but somewhere I have TV recordings of the entire series archived. I'd just have to...find where I put it. ^^; It's a decently cool show. I never cared much for the monsters Zil...

I'm not sure what the defining factor is gonna be for this - I was gonna say characters you can create, but Mass Effect is on the list. Anyway I know this one will count so I'm going with it. Wizardry 8. This is one of my favorites. It's a kind of fantasy/sci-fi hybrid world, and mainly centers arou...

Much like in the majority of Godzilla films, I find myself in favor of the big guy in his political cartoons as well, apparently. I'm just a sucker for Godzilla stomps, I guess. Some of them can be quite baffling to interpret. I've been trying to figure out what that hard hat on his toe ...

Really now? Hurrah for Mischief Makers! I was more fond of Lunar and Cerberus Alpha myself. Through fire, justice is served! I've heard that's a standard boss monster template these days. Battling a big demon's lower half simply doesn't convey enough weight in terms of challenge or accomplishme...

I think it's faithful up to the point where being more faithful would be less sexy. And I'm okay with that. Because it's really really sexy. Like holy shit. I have a bit of a weakness for -ahem- tight bulging shorts. Damn. It's funny, I was just thinking the other day about Kremlings because I w...

What else is there to say?

Image

From Half Minute Hero 2.
I would get a better shot, but I don't have the game. I apologize that all I have is terrible picture.

Yeah I can see what you mean about the rubberbit, but otherwise it looks quite keen. You even painted the remote.

I gotta say it's impossible to tell it was ever anything else. I think the overall shape of it seems like something from the 80s. Like maybe an 80s future.

It seems like they were both trying to ape Sonic the Hedgehog. Jazz was a DOS/Windows game, so I have more memories of it. Get out of here with your Meegas.

I think the argument exists for that. The scheme is still flawed in its very premise - the idea of a filter. As it says in this pretty decent article on the subject: http://www2.macleans.ca/2013/07/23/britains-daft-plan-to-block-porn-is-no-example-for-canada/ The issue is technological. It’s much ...

I know some of you fine compatriots hail from the land of tea and rain (tea rain?) and there is now this push to block pornography on all ISPs by default, creating an opt-in system for porn. You know. For The Children(tm) To quote the Prime Minister, "I'm not making this speech because I want ...

I wouldn't mind the change, if I ever get the chance to make use of it. It sounds like fun. It was a bit off putting trying to deal with the MUCK beyond the simple act of chatting when I first got into it, for sure. And even later on with a few years of computer science training I still think MUF w...

One of the defining points of the Internet (and computers in general) is that it's very hard to completely lose information. Stuff from years past keeps resurfacing, for better or for worse. When people get too wrapped up in Internet Drama TM the only surefire way to escape it is to change their ...
