My Raptor is Augmented ....again
the second revision of our friend Ahastar, giving him slightly improved anatomy and texture. but the effort really is in the details as this model has an optimised UV map and renders out faster.

Oh it would Have to be you dino ehehehe. Well, hey maybe one day you could get lucky and some eccentric would build a themepark attraction in the shape of a giant fluffy slipper. but I figure I'd rather have the giant who'd wear such a thing as opposed to just the slipper itself so do explain how th...

interesting colourscheme, blue? I would have never guessed. Although I have to say the eye blotches look slightly out of place. maybe if they were somewhat shaped along the nuances of the head they'd look more fitting.

Looooooongfoot is long! Not quite too long that it's "wrong" or anything, but long enough to say, "Hey, I have a long sexy foot that can trample you." :) *dances around a Diablo toe* Someone's fetish desires are chaaaaan-giiiing! Someone's fetish desires are chaaaaa :nina...

Geez, how hard is it for software to work properly for simple shit like that these days? :) I guess there's too much Physics™ involved. well, see. theoretically using maya's physics engine can produce deformations in the form of 'cloth simulations' however, for them to look right keyframed blen...

Really? Collisions are only detected in software every X frames? Huh. I mean, it's been forever since I did that kinda stuff, and back when I did 3D crap I never even tinkered with collisions, but...is there some reason it's not checked every frame? Because the collisions are all manually chec...

Well the whole thing with collisions in animations is that they're done in a keyframe sorta fashion, where every say, 20 frames I check whether there is clipping or not and adjust accordingly. As for the 'squishing' I use morph targets for the models at key intervals to give the illusion of dynamic...

Oh-hoho, I'm loving just how remarkably cruel you make my characters look. And quite fitting given their current ordeal. While Ahastar has been trampled flat by mean and spiteful creatures in the past, today he is being trampled by true professionals who either are bred to dominate and crush helple...
