Have fun getting everything wired up.

Heh, no more wiring, at least not yet. Just pussed out and got wireless adapters for the 3 upstairs computers for now. Seems reliable enough, and if they become unreliable, will resort to hard wiring 'em.

Man, a huge thanks goes out to GryphRaptor. We had the final phase of the move today, for the most part...going through stuff left behind by the movers, and the huge piles of crap in the garage. Two and a bit van trips later, and thanks to him we were able to finish it all in one day. Only thing we're going back for tomorrow are some kitchen things and plants, then I'm just handing the keys to the landlord and saying, "The place is piled with crap, take the bill for cleanup out of my deposit." Long story, but I assure you it's a justified move, based on this guy's history over the years.

I think that was his intention.

People hear strange things in my rumbling, but it's all just rumbles.

I've always preferred hard wiring things. Wireless is just too flaky and subject to interference from all sorts of things these days. Plus it is rarely secure. ^^

Yeah, the place is all hard wired for gigabit now, wireless was too sucky for online gaming. Fine for everything else really, though.

And made my final loot trip to the old house for snow tires...I'm done with the joint now! Will drop off the keys at the landlord's lackey Thursday or Friday.
