Here's an interesting perspective on how huge and complex the new Godzilla is, both biological and (behind the scenes) technological.
Quote:
The Monster's Stats:

Height: 355ft (108.2m) Godzilla’s towering height in the 2014 film—the tallest onscreen incarnation ever

Tail: 550ft 4in (167.74m) Total length of Godzilla’s spiked tail
Volume: 89,724 m3 Godzilla’s total volume in the 2014 film

Volume: 90,000 tons Godzilla’s volume if filled with water

Teeth: 1.73ft (53cm) Depth of Godzilla’s canine teeth at their widest point

Teeth: 3.51ft (1.07m) Length from the root to the tips of Godzilla’s canine teeth

Teeth: 60 Teeth in Godzilla’s mouth

Roar: 3 miles (4.83km) Approximate distance Godzilla’s roar reverberates. (100,000W Power of the 12-foot-high, 18-foot-wide speaker array from which the sound designers blasted Godzilla’s roar to record the sound in a “real world” context)

Feet: 58ft (17.66m) Total width of Godzilla’s feet across the widest point

Feet: 60ft (18.18m) Length of Godzilla’s footprint from toe to heel

Fins: 89 Dorsal fins spiking down Godzilla’s back from his head to the tip of his tail

Matt Frank is known as kaijusamurai on DA, his work is amazing.

The Snickers commercial has been linked before, but now FIAT is getting in on the action. It helps to chew your food!

Ooooh, biological detail, that could be interes-

:|
89 Dorsal fins! Awesome. And look at the amount of teeth!

OK, fun aside, I can see how it is great for you, as it has the :claw: ,
and on a side note I recall in the (highly recommendable) animated series about the '98 zilla they once mentioned his weight there as 40,000 tons. (When he was made to fight in a monster arena under brain control.)

What's that Blue? You'd rather see the kaiju's actual insides? Like... internal organs and stuff? ... OKAY!!

The animated Godzilla (1998) series is up on Netflix, for what it's worth.

Actually, No, I didn't, I just wanted to poke at it.
And had I thought about it, which I didn't, I would have likely been worried that it'd look as weird and turn-off like a bad American robot/critter sculpture art of plastics and metal that make no sense much like steam punk guns and look disgusting not for what they depict but for how it is done like that there.

But you surely found it anyway, so, claps to that I guess.

It was never fully released on DVD, but somewhere I have TV recordings of the entire series archived. I'd just have to...find where I put it. ^^;

It's a decently cool show. I never cared much for the monsters Zilla fights design-wise, but they're the bad guys anyway.

I saw a headline recently they were releasing it on DVD as a result of the movie, I saw a box pic. May have to actually go to Best Browse and pick it up, if they have it.

Holy crap, you're right. They released it back in April. It's one of those cheapie Mill Creek sets. It's under $10 on Amazon.

Guess what I'm buying~ Makes me kinda pissed about how much effort I went through to get it originally.

Don't you like the old Hanna-Barbera show more anyway, Dino? :D

Though I think you could argue they put a little more chunk on the Zilla toes for the animated series.

Has anyone run across this game yet?

I'm sure someone will choose not to play as the monster someday. Maybe.
