Here's my vote for card-text (for those of you who can read this cockamamy):
And by the way I say Gizmo should be an Artifact-creature ('cuz Green doesn't make any sense, anyway.)
Protection from Black.
Citywalk — if a defending player controls a nonbasic land, this creature cannot be blocked.
Whenever you cycle or discard a card from your hand, place a +1/+1 Growth-counter on this creature.
If this creature has atleast 4 Growth-counters on it, it gains Trample. If this creature has atleast 9 Growth-counters on it, it gains Fear (
creature can only be blocked by Black and Artifact- creatures).

He really puts you into perspective...
And then ofcourse the silly/optional stuff...
- Cycling (2): when you cycle this creature, you may search your library for a Silver twodoor Cobalt Coop -card, and add it to your hand.
- Don't Tread on Me / Vengeance: If this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability that deals damage, the caster (creature or player) is dealt damage equal to this creature's Power or Toughness (whichever is higher).
- Too big not to break stuff: If this creature has atleast 15 Growth-counters on it, all players must discard their hand at the end of each turn.
- I'm my own fox now / I don't need you anymore: If this creature has atleast 20 Growth-counters on it, AND greater Toughness than its controller has Life, the game ends in a draw.
- Did I do that?: Theshhold — at the beginning of your turn, you may destroy target artifact.
- If a Minotaur type -creature is put into play, return this creature to its owner's hand.
- Oh, now it's ON!: If you control a Mirari, this creature gains Double Strike (First Strike, and then normal combat damage).
- One for the vorewhores: If any other creatures are BANDING with Gizmo during an attack, bury them at the end of the turn, and add a +1/+1 Growth -counter to Gizmo for each buried creature.
