My interest in the visual arts has been very limited. I disliked coloring books as a child, didn't care for drawing maps in Geography, and held a grudge against Art class in high school for ruining a 4.0 GPA.
Even then I've never really tried to draw anything living (except that one watercolor painting of an orca pirate) and especially not a human figure. So I thought I'd give it a try tonight. It's kind of therapeutic for me, even though I find it a huge pain in the ass. I'm glad I kept it to the lower half so I didn't have to embarrass myself drawing a head. Maybe next time. Hand is janky, did what I could. Toes were a nightmare. I spent half the drawing time redrawing the toes and toeclaws. And it's not just because I'm a pawslut! They were hard... I am mostly satisfied. For the building I tried to study a Blue drawing, but I do not have the steady and straight hand to achieve such structural perfection. Not to mention you should be able to see the roof on it considering the perspective. Agh, at some point I just say good enough, I drew something. >_<
Anyway, here's my first furry artwork then, and the first try at anything anatomical. Such as it is.
