It's funny that this should come at a time when I was really feeling the call back to Wargreymon. Something sexy about it.

It's looking really nice, the only thing is I wonder if the legs are a bit thin or if it's the viewing angle. I guess they were a bit thin to begin with.

I like the toes mahself, but I'm not as picky as some. :)

Ooooh! Really cool model of Wargreymon there! :) And awesome feet as well! :P

The cartoon shader is okay. I love how he looks with it! But I guess it's all a matter of taste. Normal shading would only make him to be more "realistic".

Cool work, Diablo! 8-)

Shader:
Maybe try a phong or blinn shader if you like and if you're highly confident it's a big improvement then go for, but I'm not with the grain on this one in guessing you'll stick with a toon/cell-shader. Maybe monkey around with your renderer and adjust the number of color-levels the thing can do and see what's right. I note that Pika used a combination of the two and I enjoyed either one.

'All a matter of style... Regardless I think simple is best; I think we can all agree that for porn, realer isn't always better.

Geometry:
Looking back now at your stills, the current neck (and also maybe head, though less so... 'might get away with only a "shell" modifier to just beef up the helm) on your model look(s) a little scrawny atleast for its present length... it might just be a result of your not having the metallic links between the front and back platemail leaving more hide exposed, or just the orange color versus the usual dark-colored "mask" he traditionally wears under the helm which extends down his neck aswell (not sure whether you plan to include these or not... he's got them on the figurine I linked earlier). The rest of the proportions look fine.
