He's a tyrannosaur character who's been following Ahastar and me around for some time in one form or other. Here he is as an anthro rex, lording over the back alleys!

For those of you who like seeing pictures that are bigger than the pictures you have already seen, here's the full res. version: scrowl_streetfighter.jpg

What he's doing can be largely left to the imagination! I had in mind a gang of raptors trying to take him on when I drew this, but it's intentionally ambiguous (also drawing a gang of raptors is hard...).

As for where he's from - Ahastar and I have used him in a couple of roleplays recently. He's an anthro rex who inhabits a dystopian technopunk city full of various sexy species of dominator and victim. Here's the first description of him:

"The newcomer straightens up as he enters the apartment, and his head all but brushes the ceiling - he is an anthropomorphic tyrannosaurus rex, well over nine and a half feet tall and extremely well built. His limbs are thick with muscle and his entire body exudes an air of simple brute strength, less graceful than the the lithe, athletic power of a raptor, but far stronger. Thick, blue scales cover his hide, duller and darker than Dras' bold azure colouration, but complimented by highlights of a lighter blue on his underside, the back sides of his limbs and various portions of his distinctive tyrannosaurus muzzle. He differs from the raptors mainly in size, but his broad, deep-set muzzle, thick, muscular tail and lack of both a feather crest and sickle toes all define him quite clearly as belonging to another species. Like the raptors, though, he wears a couple of cursory items of clothing: a white shirt and loose brown trousers."

I still say he is a rex that I would trust my car with!
Or well, my motorsickle.

He looks so delightfully fresh in his clothes, too!

This is sweet.

Definitely caught the balance between all-muscles (like rexy anthros kinda have to be to realistically support that damn head) but not insanely-proportioned because of it.

Since I've been absent for a while, I guess I'll (atleast start) to say: Wow. Lately the grundgey realism of Ahastar's work, and the used-to-be-cartoonish amazingly-neat lineart of Diablo's work have been converging in increasingly mindblowing ways.

Again, fabulous. Just the right amount of sketchyness as texture.

Year Zero flavor with smutty aftertaste! Hurrah!
