Let us assume for one moment that ancient Egyptian culture was influenced by a species of technologically fearsomely advanced, yet highly archaic and religious sphinx cat aliens.

They enslaved an entire nation, forcing their superior culture upon it from everything as low as clothing and art style all the way to parts of their god-pantheon. And still, to these felines, their prolonged stay was nothing more but a brief break during interstellar travel, necessary to refuel their titanic starships before continuing their journey into depths of space, too far to ever be seen from the earth they left behind.

Let us further assume that they have now returned, desiring fresh meat to be fed to the beast that is their slave-fueled society - to a small planet like earth, the demands of their colossal spacecrafts is nothing short of genocide. 99% of the slaves they abduct will have been worked to death within a month. Those are the fortunate ones. The rest of the flesh-insects will spend at least the rest of their natural life suffering at and beneath feline feet, to glorify their new masters.

I'm actually finding it rather hard to sufficiently mismatch connotatively negative adverbs to usually positively-connotative adjectives and vice-versa in order to express my approval.
