It's a little different every 6 times if you notice... That's just how it ended up I guess.

To clarify: the video combines paw art seen in this animation with paw art seen in this image with a bunch of motion tweens while adding gore (with matching sound effects) and a heavy metal soundtrack.

Animation difficulty increases exponentially with the level of detail, so you see much more of the first source. All in all, a decent tribute.

You forgot to add the redrawing of the alpha for the second source. Of course you can't see that in the animation because the original art is being affected by an invisible layer that took quite a long time to understand (basically the more blur the better, but you can't add too much...). On top of that as far as the first source goes, All movements are done with a single file, modified by the liquify tool in After Effects (A lot of memory needed to even preview the effect). Usually the counter/clockwise twist tool does not properly rotate a particular area... Frame by frame adjustments are sometimes required. As far as the soundtrack goes I have no idea why I picked that, it just seemed to work. If you notice, the more important part was attaining proper levels with audio (I didn't want to let the project clip).

I am working on drawing my own art, but it will be awhile before I make anything close to what I can imagine.

Thanks for the views... Eventually it will not be Beherit's art I am editing, but I have no idea how long that will take.
