Yes, I have finally returned for the most part and with a new pic. The thumbnail window shown in the pic is Vanessa's birth form, which is a forest elf.

Tremendous detail as always!
You are very hard on the pens, you must have quite a high demand of them.

'Looks like she's about to / just finished stringing/unstringing her bow.

Like everyone else said, the details are great. Especially the armour and the shading there and on the palm that's showing. Pretty soon you're gunna be drawing those pics where you have to squint and go "Huh, is that a real photo? What? It's hand-shaded? How..."
I'll give you credit and assume you did the various highlights on-purpose by leaving more white underneath, to get a subtle specular-effect. Either way it looks great, and I'd say keep doing that.

And have you considered making Van's primary scale colour white, insteadof green?
'Cuz when I was first scrolling down and saw the pale-yellowy hair, uncoloured (white) scales, and maroonish armour, it struck me that the colours looked sweet. It wasn't until I went down further that I saw the WIPishness.

'Anatomy's coming along well, especially the hands, but also just everything in general. I probably don't have to suggest it, but maybe do some blending once the tail is coloured so it doesn't look like its "tacked on."

Keep it up, Aleihr.

Thanks for the compliments guys, and your critique Patch. One little thing though... that green has never been her scale color, its clearly her cloths, genus. I don't see how you can't see that judging by the folds as well as the collar of her tunic just above her mail.
