You could interpret it as a raptor. But you would need some fantasy (and probably a spare dimension) to recognize it as such.

This is the most awesome pokemon I've ever seen.
The height is about 7 feet tall, and the weight is 122kg. So it is surely that the tiny animal will be a paper.
However, he always uses psychic power to attack. And he doesn't speak with his mouth.

Still he can speak through Telepathy. I suppose you'd draw either Lucario or Lugia, but they I see alot of, the ones I don't see much of are Suicune, Entei, Raikou, Cubone, There's alot of ones you can get out of the Yugioh and Bakugan series that are almost rare in the fandom. Closest thing I ever drew to Yugioh was Tails from Sonic the Hedgehog on Paper and Ink. Well Tails would be closer to Pokemon not Yugioh in a way. Even though they are made by the same people, (Whether its Japan or America, Shonen Jump or 4Kids).
