I was stranded without a computer for several days, but I had a pen and paper, so:

Image

Clockwise from the top-left:
- 4 frames of the back view of two raptor feet pulping a compy.
- A big black raptor pinning a compy under one foot and making it lick its sickle toe (drawn sideways for your inconvenience).
- A raptor sprawled out among the rocks to crush a compy against the wall at leisure.
- Raptor soles in need of licking (raptors can sit in chairs if they're curvy and have a tail hole - I've investigated this thoroughly).
- Two raptor feet toying with a pinned compy, seen from above.

You loves it.
And you want raptors on the upper end of the foot too I see. :)

And I think its very nice and neatly drawn.

I told you yesterday in private and I will gladly tell you here openly - these raptor sketches are insanely intense and astonishingly awesome! Everything for the raptor paw connaisseur from compy worshipping to severe trampling.

Damn, I can't believe how sexy and lithe even a resting raptor looks like...
You are a champion of smug expressions these days.

Also, I love that you use the term "pinning" in combination with that black raptor. Given the weights involved - and given that it is adminstered one-footed - I would rather call it "flattening".

I think this is the first time I've seen actual non-computery pen and paper stuff from you...it's awesome! :) But must be so hard to draw with the pen in your short lil' arm and the paper up to your chest. How can you see what you're doing?

Wooooow!!! Excellent drawings! It's special to see them on paper! And I agree with your buddy Ahastar, those sketches are so intense, they kickass!!! 8-)

I really enjoy the poses and details you brought to those sketches. I really love your style, you talented Diablo! :D

Love them a lot!

Indeed, I think he perfecly wonderfully and aesthetically captured the forms and the moment, the emotions and dynamics, along with a very own character and style. It is very pleasant to look at, everything seeming right and well proportioned, while just as well a little caricarturized, and very unique. I really think much alike to Gideon's by now infamous one-dollar-badges, it holds and emits as much awesomeness as much as can possibly be done with that amount of black lines on a piece of lined paper.

Aw, you look like such a cute, tiny rexy! :) See, you needed to have some text saying GIANT PENCIL with an arrow pointing to it, otherwise people will think you're not much bigger than me! :slipper: :slipper:

I believe it.

All these sketches are great. I think the one in the lower right hand corner is my favorite. Smashing while laying down is an underrated style.

I've have to say good work Diablo though i'm surprised you manage to do quite a good job on sketching since now many artists nowadays show off their sketchwork.
