I refered a dragon from a RPG game and re-designed it.
And... I've done this with mouse.

It is a fearsome design, and I can only congratulate you on being so patient with your mouse! This must have taken an age.
Of course now I am worried for your tablet - did it break?

Actually I worked on this almost two years ago. And I've left it unfinished for a long period.
My tablet is still working, but I decided to finish this with mouse.

That is some serious dedication.
You know what really catches my eye here? It isn't even the dragon, even though it is deliciouly done - but we already know that you can draw some rocking anime dragons!

No, it is the background. I have rarely seen you hitting such a good background. It has a lot of mood, really puts the dragon in the center and works well together with the character. The colour flows so nicely... and all of that with really simple tools.
