One could argue that it's not even THAT runny, given it piles up to a good dozen yards and beyond. But yes, I suspect a dragon capable of such a dump usually has thick and sturdy enough dung to make a wonderful mountain instead.
Either way, I approve of mega dragon toilet business on (or near) city stuff. Even though non-runny is preferred. :D
