Hiya guys - RipRoarRex here with the third picture of my new batch of artwork.


This is the second of my Sonic the Hedgehog pictures; a further product of my experimenting back in November - although this was actually the first of the two pictures to be drawn out. This one plays much more on the macro rampage theme - something I don't draw too often (largely because drawing in things to stomp on is an absurdly complicated exercise) but something that is no doubt popular. Rather than allude to any violence however, I have kept the stomping to vehicles without making any statement on whether those vehicles have any occupants - you decide...



Whilst I had gone for colouring based on the original cartoon style in the first pic, this one reverts back to my normal style of colouring. I have to say, there's something about the colouring in this one that I can't quite put my finger on - from a distance it almost seems to possess a quasi-3D modelling quality about it. I do like it though. As for the background, I got rather lazy as usual, but it kinda suits the whole Sonic universe anyway.
