Time to ring in the new year! If you haven't bought a calendar yet, how about one featuring classic movie monsters in, um... salacious poses?
Meanwhile!

Quote:
My friend was walking and found this Godzilla toy in the Trash so he put a shirt on it, named him John, and then took him out to T.G.I. Fridays and then Dinner was on John.

Yeah, really...that shit was like $80+ new. I still got mine! He has a bit of Dino-Damage though, one of his legs doesn't stay in very well.

I'm surprised I haven't seen this CH parody linked yet. Haha. It's pretty awkward plotwise but has some macro content toward the tail-end. Also spoilers the ship they fly in is a giant paw-shape.

ALSO I don't think this was posted yet. The macro-y action is at 11:25. ( Alternate hopefully-permalink is here.) ( "Beginnings Part 1" of Legend of Korra, where Wan is lost in the forest. )

College Humor "Furry Force" video: Holy crap, that was funny. And yeah, probably didn't get around much because "mehhhhhHHhhhhh we're ohhhhffeEEeEEEeennndeeeeEEEEd!" kinda shit. But I thought it was hilarious and very true. :)

Tactical Raptor: It really is true that the raptor as a meme is just a source of power and wisdom. Philosoraptor, Raptor Jesus...when the hell am I gonna start the LD5 religion? HUH? :)

Hey, how about that SUPER BOWL??? Yeah okay, a surprisingly one-sided battle this year. At least a few of the commercials were intriguing!

Movie trailer featuring kids vs. kaiju? Nope, it's a car brand you've never heard of. Still pretty nice to listen to for the first 70 seconds.
Remember the giant panda that messed you up if you refused his cheese? Here's a grizzly bear with a healthy respect for yogurt.
Ellen DeGeneres plays Goldilocks. The backup dancers make me think of Hotline Miami.
Volkswagen proves that you can't recreate humor with an algorithm... yet. (Instant Awesome, Just Add Dinosaurs)

There were some dino-things in the Transformers 4 trailer and some promo for Time Warner Cable, but that's more of a "blink and you miss it" kind of thing.

Oh... you need context before you click? Fine.
Forced perspective. Resize objects by moving their position relative to you. The final level (so far) features portals. Some folks on FA took this concept and ran with it last year. Now here's an interactive (albeit sterilized) version.

So I was living a little nostalgia and watching an episode of Angry Beavers. The episode is about how Dag and Norbert go to a marine zoo place and Dag decides to kidnap the orca they had and bring him back to the pond. Once they're both back home, Norbert tries to convince Dag that it's dangerous to keep a killer whale in the pond and that they need to take the whale back. The dam house's bridge is destroyed and they are eventually forced to swim for safety on the shore when SUDDENLY sudden and unexpected sprotch occurs.
