So! Here's a conundrum for you lot.

Lets say right this moment, you were somehow given the option to adopt your furry/scaly/whatever form of choice. If the laws of physics needed to be altered a tad or if reality needed a little bending to bring your new self into being, so be it. Poof, you're whatever you are. Would you take it? One never knows how life might be for you at that point. Just societal interactions alone might leave the average individual wanting.

Now lets say your altered-being de-jour is more limited in size than you might otherwise like, would you still take it? Lets toss in an arbitrary size limitation of 10-12 feet or so. Still pretty big, but certainly not macro in any way shape or form. How about then? What if you were the only one on the planet who got this deal?

But to sweeten things up, what if everyone who might want this kind of arrangement got their own slice o' the pie? All aboard the scaly train! Next stop, furry-land! I'm sure there would definitely be mixed reactions abound, but the results might at least be interesting.

As much as I'd like to see the place over-run with giant dragony goodness, something tells me that would cause far too much damage in the long term. ^^() That, and certain size limits would likely impose themselves, if only due to the limits of bone and flesh for carrying weight and whatnot. The Dinosaurs got pretty damn big though, so we wouldn't be overly vexed at any limitations. :3

So yeah, the basis of this argument is: Would you take the chance? For all you know your next-door neighbor might shoot your tail off. And if you bit him in half, likely you'd have a swat team to contend with. Things would likely be shaky at first, but I think the results would be worth the trails.

I know I'd jump at the chance. :3 Fuck this squishy human shell! Its Dragon Time!

I'd happily zap some of my scaly characters into existence from thin air, but not become them myself. Most of my fantasies revolve around interacting with them, not being them!

The thing is i'd love to be me and hang out with my fursonia but as you can see being
850km tall can have it limits being so small at 10 feet lol

You can still interact with them if you were a big happy T-rex yourself. :3 I like both sides of the coin. Being and having fun with.

So within a few posts we've gone from a discussion of sorts, to a paw/star-wars RP conducted in net-speak. Hooray!

To be Mike, my sona? Hmm... hard to say. Being the only dragon on the earth won't be that pleasing I think. If, however, there were some others, then why not? However, I don't think I would like to be a dragon forever though. I have my human life. Being a dragon would completely change my life and well, I don't know if I would accept that. If, however, I'd have the possibility to morph into a dragon and go back into my normal human shape at will, then I would be glad of that, of course! ^^

And like some others, I would also like to bring my character alive in front of me instead of being him. I could have fun with him in a secret area, but at the same time, he will be sad to be the only one on Earth (like I said above).

So, it's hard to say...

But anyways, I'm not too bad on the dragon thing. However, I do DREAM how it would work. This included morphing, however, and splitting (calling your dragon out, as I would put it). But I haven't psychologically thought about what would happen to be alone; I would think that is somewhat traumatizing to not have anyone else.

This may require longer thinking time.
