I've never made an animated gif, so seeing it discussed here I thought I'd have a go. I used Easy Gif Animator though. Just pulled apart my current avatar into sections with lasso tool and put them back togther with added wiggle! So time consuming making each frame in photoshop.

Why have a measly 15k avatar when you can have 150k! (though not here since the forum caps avatars at 48k).
