Nice beastness, though the fierceraptor has quite a point. There is a head, that fell off, with no blood, supposedly cut off by a fancy axe blade, that also has not the slightest speck of blood on it...
Also, if not for the head, and moreso just for the foot, you wouldnt really guess it's supposed to be something canine, would you? I mean, even I have seen a doggie paw before, and that doesnt look much like one. Randomishly daemony, something, beast. But not canine.

What's that supposed to be that runs around digitrade in the background by the way?
(My quicktime viewer doesnt work with the slider... )

Yes, mov is the apple format that you usually need the Quicktime viewer for. I just refered to the file format as quicktime, I dont use the actual Quicktime viewer because that sucked a few times too often. There's free viewers out there that play about everything, mov included (unless its one of those weird panorma lookaround files perhaps), and VLC was the one I used, and it apparantely isnt too good at quicktime / mov.

QuickTime player, iTunes, VLC player, IrfanView, Media Player Classic and Windows Media Player (whichever version comes with Windows 7) can all play mov files - it's a pretty common format!

I'd recommend Media Player Classic overall - it seems to play everything and has excellent movie scaling and cropping options.

VLC is very good too, but has a few bugs on 64-bit systems.

It is nice of you to post such a hight quality clip from the movie.
I didn't know the guy was cut off his head when I had watched the movie.
And is there anyone besides me who thought that the anubis resemble a dog?

Heh, I've watched this movie more times than I care to admit just to see that part. I always was frustrated by the complete lack of blood. Hello, the movie is called "The Mummy Returns"! You'd think that if they can show a living dead corpse dripping out intestines everywhere, then they can at least throw in a few specks of blood here if nothing else than to make it realistic. :| I guess whatever pawslut developer was responsible for this scene just didn't want to push his luck.

One of the more common aspects of Egyptian lore is that Anubis was one of several gods of the Underworld (the dead were considerably more popular than the living in those days, what with the average lifespan of thirty years and all) bearing the head of a jackal. Jackals are a bit like Hyenas, Coyotes and Dingoes, I think. Still part of the canis family but very vicious.

Minions, of course! (The animators probably spent so much time with the model we see dominating the shot that they just cloned the one to make a crowd's worth.)
