EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I wanted to bring up the How Do Dinosaurs series earlier but I didn't think this thread was the right place for it and was too timid to make a new thread for it. Did you know there are now NINE books in the series? It's nuts! (In a crazy awesome way of course) Oh hey more images from Mark Teague can be found HERE!

Now that you mention it, books in general are getting quite expensive these days. It's almost like they're trying to keep up with videogames.

Here's an excerpt from an official interview with Scholastic (It's obviously official cause they're the publishing company, after all):
Jane Yolen wrote:
What is the next for the dinosaur crew? I've lots of ideas, and could use more from you.
Actually, I have sent two board books to my editor, one about driving in the car ("Are we there yet?") and one about taking a bath, but I have not heard back from her. And despite many letters asking for a dino potty book, I am adamant about not doing that. The bad behavior would be too. . .well, yucky.
The rest of it can be found HERE.

'Tammy & The T-Rex' is a movie. A guy is killed and a mad scientist puts his brain into an animatronic dinosaur. He tries to find his old love (who still loves him, even when he's a brain in a jar) while getting revenge on his enemies (as you do!). Like all the best big reptiles, he lets his feet do the talking.

I've not watched the whole movie yet, but I've known about it for a while. If you find any other neat scenes, why not mention them here. I don't know if I can sit through the whole thing :)

That first video is actually my YouTube account. (SelendroD) I posted that bit and the entire movie a while back, but I'm not sure what happened to it. I don't think anybody really watched it. ;) I have the VHS tape. It's pretty bad, but I like bad movies. Sadly, no other scenes are directly springing to mind.

Oh my. Lol. :D
I am almost offended that so many others seem to want that too. And here I thought I could be unique. :)
Well at least he thinks the same way.

Oh yes, I have something, too!
Kraid from Super Metroid. I always loved his beastly self.

I've always been a fan of the Metroid series, but I didn't expect this! :) Nothing smexy ever came out of those games (except for maybe a few creatures in MP2), or so I thought. Nice find! I'll have to look into that.

No stomping, but plenty of opportunities for eating and terrorizing.

http://www.choiceofgames.com/dragon/

It's a text adventure game about a dragon!

I played through it three times in a row last night. First I nearly got killed, but survived to hibernation, then I tried eating everything in sight (and ran into the in-joke about burning peasants and thatched-roof cottages), then I tried the acrobatic route and successfully found a mate. Then I read the blog and was surprised at the effort that went into making the game applicable to all genders and romantic combinations.
