Well, as I'm honestly getting a bit Tired(tm) of the Crackton, but not quite enough to give it up, but enough that I wanna try something new, I took at look at EverQuest II and DAMN, did you guys see all the herpy content on their web site with that latest expansion? I'll be picking this game up tomorrow, man! All the better if you can haxxor it and run your own server where the dragons are 50x normal size and stuff. 2 herpy races to play (3 if you count frogs) and kitty race and rat race NO JOKES PLEASE and just damn, it looks nice. Same monthly fee as the Crackton and thirty bucks to save downloading. You can even get cute little stego guys to follow you around! I just have to check this out.

And why, exactly, should I repost pics that are freely downloadable from Sorny Edutainmentz' website? Why waste my bandwidth? Just go to the site and see that video with the stomp and the claws and all the nice stills.

Well, now I'm interested. I stopped playing World of Warcraft a while ago, but I'll do some more research on Everquest 2. I loved my Tauren hunter, but I'd very much like to know more of this Sarnak race.

Hrm...I'm afraid my first impression is not all that thrilling. Of course, all I've seen is the first place they drop the Sarnak, so I need to give it more of a try...I wanna see the kindsa stuff from the trailer!

I've been trying to get more info on the Sarnak, but it's not out there. I guess people tend to stay away from the evil races.

So, since you have it and all, how about some more information, and maybe some screenshots? I've never been a fan of the character models used in the EQ games, but the Sarnak in the trailer looks very nice in armor and cape. And which classes are available for Sarnak? I'm guessing they have the same ones the Iksar can use, but that's more info I haven't been able to find.

As for the stuff in the trailer (if we're talking about the EQ2_sizzle trailer), that looks like raid content. And you know how that goes in this type of game; if you don't have time, then you don't raid.

I'm still trying to gather information, and I'm still leaning towards buying it. But I'll get more info first and make a decision later.

hmm...last time I checked it was 1 reptilian race. And frogs are amphibian ;p

Well I guess its safe to assume that the graphics suck too, as Dino has to ignore all the askings for screenshots because he couldnt make any sexy ones.

Well, I have to say, the in-game graphics weren't that thrilling, but I have given up on the game. I guess I'll just have to play Crackton forever.

Saw a movie and hung out a bit with GryphRaptor, who is playing EQ2, so next time I'm over his way I'll see how it looks, but I think we even sold him on the Cracktons.
