Hey ya'll

So I have been enjoying myself whilst drawing on my tablet, and recently after talking with Ahastar about my new character, I have come to terms with myself to finally create a character that I always fantasied about - Valedrik (Val for short)

As you can see, Val is obviously a vampiric creature, who thrives in the night, and lives in disguise. Rarely would you encounter one in the city or on the streets, yet this race of reptile is greatly feared, but as well is considered the most elusive and attractive race. Valedrik bares that of a dark and cynical atmosphere, but yet one would think otherwise about his nature.

His dark gifts flourish at night, giving Valedrik superior enhancements in sense, movement and strength. Disliking the thought of scaring away others or prey whilst venturing into the city, Valedrik doesn't mind at all slipping on his trademark aviators and Black Fedora, obviously to conceal his appearance upfront. This reptile however, has a high love in parties, raves and places such as nightclubs and bars...this however, is where he retrieves his main source of blood.

As mysterious as these creatures are, one does not know what happens to one once in the grasp of a creature like Valedrik, only that death if inevitable. Always blood-hungry, Valedrik is in fact a very modest and civilized creature, which is what makes so deceiving and dark. He can lure his victim into his embrace, simply just by flaring his perfect physique. But as cold as his touch is, or how bone-chilling his eyes are, Valedrik has a pure sadistic heart. A drugged victim would be dragged back to he creatures hidden home, either shackled inside an immaculate and empty room or simply just held secure in Val's arms, to be sucked dry of their blissful and sweet blood.

Val however, is a sadist of a calm and gentle approach, sometimes he would even frown whilst watching his victims suffers under his feet, not because he is sympathetic, but because it inflicts more fear into the victims heart. This creature loves nothing more, than to implant his flawless and cold paws onto his victims throat, forcing them to lap there tongue over his chilly padded toes. He is merciless, vengeful, sadistic and dark, and inflicts slow and painful deaths

...and sorry for that very long ramble! I think it's just good to have a nice description of him. I shall create a lot of work with him! And as well I hope you guys enjoy! :)

If you're not a vampire or a zombie these days, you're not cool. :) But seriously, that's some nice work!

Despite what the times have done to them, vampires are still cool.

I think this falls under the category of "just because others have done it doesn't mean you can't" since I feel that way some of the time too. You just want to do what's fun and not care about some might view it. I mean it's the kind of thing you DO fantasize about, so what better reason?

And I gotta admit to not seeing a vampire dragon before. I get the feeling he does not sparkle in sunlight either.

My own crazy mind started thinking about vampires shrinking their victims when they suck their blood. I do not know why I would think that.

Perhaps you are thinking of that one Dilbert strip where the title character donates blood (as mandated by his company) and in the last panel he is extremely skinny. "Man, I'm thirsty!"

Even so, that is a rather clever concept. When too much is taken, how else can the victim stay alive?
