Well... I've been working on this project for quite some time! ^^
It's still in a VERY EARLY BETA stage... but I'm still working on it little-by-little. ^_^
I almost came to a point where I can ask if people want to join in this game. =3
But for now I'm gonna use the characters which I used in "Secrets of a Lost Ending". ;)
(So I already have a cast for acting. And don't worry... I'll put the names of the original owners in the Credits, so no worries.)

For now, there's really little to none what I can tell about this game.
But I'm trying to make a decent one! ^^
Hope you'll like the screenshots!

The shots confuse me a bit, but this is Looking very nice :)

Heck at least you can make 3D games (stubs around because he can only make 2D ones :P)

Or are you using Mode 7 on a 2D game to give it a 3D perspective, ala TMNT or any other 2.5D games?

Well... for the 2D levels I'm using a 2.5D technique. =3
But the 3D levels (with the character) are really fully 3D.
So I can't really tell how this will work yet, but I'm trying to make something nice! ;)

Yup! Everything was done by me alone! =3
And you can believe that, because there aren't very good 3D examples for GameMaker lying around! X3
(And if there are any, they're usually impossible to understand.)
So yeah... this game is 60% Blood-sweat-and-tears and 40% inspiration!

I know some people who've made some pretty nice looking 3D games with Gamemaker, if i must say.

I know that too! =3
There even was a guy who made a fully cartoon rendered 3D zelda clone! X3
But I was talking about the 'editable-examples' for 3D games! ;)
Usually those have a 5-pages long line of codes and not even
a single part where they put a "//" to indicate 'what' the code actually does.... great 'examples'. XD
(I litterally tag every line of code I type! just because I don't want to lose track of things)
Though... with a little time and effort you can make one yourself like this one. ^_^

Maybe this might get Dino off his micro little butt...

That's called ALPHA-stage.

It looks like the 3D-model still needs a headband, doesn't he?

So, there's actually going to be voice-acting and stuff in this, instead of just text?

well... no! ^^
I meant it in a different way.
I mean characters that will be in the game (playable and unplayable)! =3
But I will see into voice acting, though... I had it in mind, but I'm not sure if there's anyone
who'd like to help me with the voices.

Reason why it is difficult is because the game will feature a choice
of only 4 different languages (English, Italian, German and Dutch)
And I think I can't get a lot of people who'd like to do: Italian, German and Dutch voices
or would even like to help me with the correct synchronisation. ^^;
(plus it takes up a lot of space thanks to the voice-clips)
So I'd rather use plain Text, that's a bit easyer on both aspects! ;)

And for the translation of the texts I'd like to ask people who live in the respective country to check
my texts! X3
(And also, if someone wants to help me with a French translation then I could include that too)
But mainly I want to include Italian and German because not everyone speaks/understands english that well in that country.
Okay, the younger generations usualy learn english. But I still see people who either use a translator or
make hidious spelling errors and the english text in a game might be a bit unreadable for them.
That's where the foreign languages come in handy. :P

So it might just sound as an easy solution, but it's actually a necessary solution. =3

Why don't you take the easy route and use Engrish:

We begin adventure of furry kingdom here in kingdom with furry!

Ofc i'm joking- but I'm sure if you go to some websites, people will offer free translations.

Well... as I stated before. Not everyone can understand english! ^^;
Some people will know what the characters are saying in small lines, but they can't understand really long
and usually hard sentences.
And because I want this Game to be accessable to anyone well... this solution is nothing more but logic. =3
