Hi everyone - RipRoarRex here with the third of three requests I have completed in the last week.

This request was done for animaster123, and it's already one of my favourites.

If you ever wondered what life would be like for Rexar's pawslave, this is it; Rexar exerts his authority by chaining you up and presenting you with the subjects for your attention, fresh from his sneakers...

(The other uploads today: "Rexar - Turbulence II: Dragonfest" and "Rexar - 'Stick 'Em Up!'")

Hm, very nice. (And I am sure the pawsluts are dribbling bodily fluids now ;) ) But is the chain supposed to be like that?

He means the uncommon straight line of chain fragments instead of the classic interlocked layout. And yes, it is a very well done piece of work!

Sweet monkey jesus, I didn't think it was possible... but you've outdone yourself once again on the airbrushed coloring and shading. I'm attributing this to the monitor color-change you mentioned last week. Showing equal love to all areas of the red-orange spectrum really, really accents the perspective.

Oh I see!

Well in fact you bring up a very good point there, Blue. That's how I've always drawn chains but, now you mention it, it is actually a completely inaccurate representation of their form! Lol!

My general obsessiveness isn't gonna let that ride now. I'm gonna have to change it.

;)

And like magic, within 20mins, the chain has mysteriously fixed itself!!

Lol! Surprisingly quick by my standards. Thanks for the pointer, guys.

Damn, I didn't even get to see the "wrong" chains! I'm looking at the pic and thinking, "What the hell are you guys talking about? It looks fine to me!" ;) You are the mac daddy, Rexar. :)

It was basically a bit of a weird spasticated chain; rather than having perpendicular torus links, it just had torus shapes with bars between them, which is actually completely wrong.

Lol!

Actually, a lot of my pieces were shaded to a level similar to this, but the contrast was lost due to differences in calibration. Now everyone is seeing my shading as it always should have been.

;) And thanks!!

Hehe, great fix on the chain. *snugs* :)
You be da awesumness.

(and dont worry, you can get old with obsessiveness. As long as you never rely on Dino having to do something for you. ;) )

Lol - the dynamic between you two... It's like a two-person office where one goes in every day and meticulously tidies and organises everything that the other hasn't gotten round to doing, only for the latter to bang through the door at the end of the month and tell him that the office is relocating!

   Lol!!!

Sorry guys, couldn't resist it!

And thanks, Blue. ;)
