I *think* I remember having playlist issues with MPC as well...Although I know it can read one of the playlist formats supported by Windows Media Player. Not wpl. The other one. It has an M in it. ^_^
I remember wanting to listen to some music in MPC, but I couldn't make a playlist...so I made one in WMP, and tried that. WPL didn't work, but the other did. m3u? That may have been it.
I don't know if that'll work for quicktime formats, though. I've never tried making a playlist with formats WMP doesn't support...it'd be something to try, though.
