*whimpersqueaks* But...but...I'm so small! Yeah, I know...that excuse doesn't go far. I hate to say it, but I do have priorities. LD5's Internet presence needs some work, at least I think so, and that has to come before the simulation development. -------------------------------

We know you're busy. But the thought of a macro game where macro stuff actually happens is well ... enticing, to say the very least.

In all semi-honesty and semi-reality, I need to poop out some updates for the LD5 website first, then I'm gonna start devoting time to Faibanx 3D again. -------------------------------

So far it's all been idle talk though... I personally think that it's just the font and all the yellow-on-blueness, that's killing us, if anything. What's weird about the whole site revamp thing is that most webmasters decide to change the site when there's a lack of functionality, rather than a lack of overt porn...
So my question is, are you actually trying to write any code yet, or are you just worrying and theorizing about the current aesthetic implications of the main page? |

| Oh, I'm still in the "I'll assemble and purchase some tools while the ideas float around in my head like farts" stage as far as the website goes. I'm also pondering whether to do the entire site in Flash and therefore not worry about stupid browser compatibility (plus keep everything under one roof), or to use Flash in concert with other evil stuff like XHTML and CSS and whatever. -------------------------------

Before we get too off-topic here, I would like to vote for the… erm… unified theory of strings… that is, just use straight Flash… because me changing back to Internet Explorer (and updating) is about as likely as Blue spontaneously changing to Safari and becoming a pawslut both in the same day.
