Brilliant find. Now everyone can see it. No explanation for the insignificant edit.
While Googling for that, I found a site mentioning "Peptosaurus Rex." Perhaps that's the official name of the reptillian monster depicted here? Odds are, the description of the commercial on that site is a very early version.

Ooh, I've seen it too...<_<...>_> Nausea, Heartburn, Indigestion, Upset Stomach, Diarrhoea And all the characters do something specific.  It's just funny how it reminded me when I had nausea on Saturday. |

Somehow i dont think people would like a rampaging macro with digestion problems very much...
