As mentioned before, I'm sorry to say that...believe it or not...we've been hit by loserly human spam-bots, and I have to turn off the new user registration process.  That is, until I find some new forum software that actually has...oh, I don't know...FEATURES, maybe?  And one that does NOT have an automatic registration process.  I'll just have to have a quick chat with each and every one of youse to make sure you're not a douchebag who's paid to spam forums.

Also as a result, all forum-generated E-mails are disabled as well...no more PM notifications or sending E-mails to users through the forum.
